Twitch Integration Emotes overlapping with discord emotes
Current Behaviour: When you integrate a Twitch account with a Discord server, if the name of the emotes overlaps with the name of custom emotes currently on your Discord server, a random one of the two will receive a ~1 suffix as a distinguisher.
Expected Behaviour: Emotes with the same name are overlapped, and available for use by all users of the server, as well as for use outside of the server by Twitch Integrated subscribers. No suffixes are added, and in the case of differing images, the image should default to the Discord controlled image.
Affects: All users on servers with Twitch Integration, who want their emotes available for public use on their servers.

Hi there!
I actually don't understand what you are talking about, I'm subbed to a friend of mine and they put their emotes on Twitch and on Discord so there are 2 distinct emotes. Below I've attached a gif showing the two in the same message with clearly different names. The second one is the sub emote.

Right, that's correct. What I mean is that, if I have an emote named "chronoEmote" on my Discord server, everyone can use it on my server, and only Nitro can use it off my server. If my Twitch channel has an emote named "chronoEmote" and I enable integration, then I would also get an emote named that, but only Twitch subscribers could use it on my server, and they could also use it off my server, but regular discord users or nitro users would not be able to use it at all. If I have both, an undefined emote (it seems to be random whether it's the Discord one or the Twitch one) will become "chronoEmote~1". In that case, the server has two identical emotes with different names and different privileges.
What I would like is for a Twitch Integrated emotes to be able to be used by everyone on my discord server, and integrate with Discord normally, so that I have but one set of emotes in my emote list, and no emotes with "~1".To recap:
Discord Custom Emote
- Can be used by all discord users on server
- Can be used by Nitro users on other servers
- Can be used by Twitch subs on server
- Cannot be used by Twitch subs on other servers
Twitch Integrated Emote
- Cannot be used by all discord users on server
- Cannot be used by Nitro users on other servers
- Can be used by Twitch subs on server
- Can be used by Twitch subs on other servers
On having both current behaviour
- Two emote copies with the same name exist, with different usage privileges as above, and one will randomly be chosen to have a "~1" suffix.
On having both expected behaviour
- One emote exists, preferring the Discord image (for more control - but I wouldn't be upset it prefers Twitch either)
- Can be used by all discord users on server
- Can be used by Nitro users on other servers
- Can be used by Twitch subs on other servers

Bump. I see duplicate emotes on lots of servers. Not having this integration dealt with automatically is extra work for people to clean up.

Bump! This would be so nice to have fixed. A lot of servers don't have Twitch emote integration on because of the duplicates.
