How can I remove games from my activity tab?

What should I do to remove games that I don't own anymore from Discord?
For exmaple I purchased GRIP and it appeared on Discord; then I went for a refund because reasons but the icon is still there on Discord (Quick Access) even if the game is uninstalled and if I click it,it links me to the Steam page to purchase it.

What should I do to remove it? Looks like it is impossible right now..

Also what should I do to hide certain games from my "What's new?" tab?
Example: I don't wanna see anything about league of legends and some of my friends play it sometimes so it appears in my tab,there is no option to hide it.

These two things are really a huge problem atm in discord imho.
