New permission to let users change their username's color

As title says, a permission to let users change the color they have, instead of having to rely in multiple roles, a permission could be created to let users have the color they want, it could be a list of colors without limit or a list of predefined colors selected by the staff.

Also letting mods change an username's color.

    Saw this in here while making my own topic so just going to put here instead.

     

    Add a permission that can be enabled or disabled to change your own color. Similar to the nickname feature, but just with color. That way discords don't always have to make 900 roles to add color to their server. An servers that don't want it can have it disabled.
