Add "Server Official Time" option.

I had an idea. How about add the option to put a clock like this in a Server that shows the time (wow) in a pre-configured time zone so we can have an "Official Time"? It can be enabled in the Server Options with a specific time zone. It would be very helpful to program activities on large servers with people of different time zones.

    just do it like most big server do it post a link to lets say timeanddate.com so people can easily check for there specific time zone
