Update the Emoji

The emoji used on Discord are eight versions behind and two years old. This is completely ridiculous since the Twemoji source code and assets are public and Unicode and Emojipedia have names for all emoji (most are given multiple names).

Why should they update it?
What benefits does it show?

Updating the emoji would (a) keep consistency between older emoji which has been given Twemoji textures and newer ones which Discord hasn't updated (An example of an un-update emoji on Windows 10: https://i.imgur.com/xmgip9P.png), (b) allow those running software that no longer updates Unicode to see new emoji that people post (otherwise old phones/computers will just show square boxes), and (c) would allow users without emoji keyboards (those using a computer) to post the new emoji using a shortcode (e.g.: :heart_eyes: for 😍).
