Add UI to Message Links

I find the "message links" really useful when I'm helping someone find a section on our FAQ Text Channel. But, the loooooooong link it creates, looks terrifying to share. So, why not make them pretty and add some UI to it? Just like you guys normally do with "free nitro" thingy, the "join server" thingy or other rich embeds.

  Yes, a custom "BBCode" like: [your text](https://discord.com/looooong-link-to-message) could also work and it'll make them EXTREMELY useful.
