Options when hovering over program's icon in task manager

So I have seen the spotify program as a feature that when you hover over the spotify program's icon you have the options to Go Back, Pause, And Go Forward, So I thought, why could discord have the same thing when being in voice chat, As example a option to Mute, Deafen, And leaving voice chat.
