Allow users to set / change cache location

Just wondering if it would be possible to allow users to specify the cache location this can get pretty large and when this defaults to %appdata% on a SSD it is noticable would like the ability to move discords data folder from the appdata folder to a custom location without needing to rely on junctions or symlinks

  Me too. I back up %appdata% as it (generally) contains useful stuff, and I'd like to put the cache elsewhere that doesn't get backed up.
