Allow server owners to require all users to have 2FA/MFA enabled

Discord already have a feature to require server admins to have 2FA enabled to perform admin actions: https://support.discordapp.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000088971-Three-Steps-to-a-Safer-Server

I would like to request an additional option to allow server admins to require every user on the server to have 2FA enabled to interact with the server at all (reading messages, sending messages, etc).

If a user joins the server when they have 2FA enabled and then they disable 2FA then they should be removed from the server.

The existing admin feature is great at ensuring that accounts with compromised passwords don't destroy servers, but I would like to extend that feature to also ensure that accounts with compromised passwords can't exfiltrate the channel contents of servers.

  +1 - Would be quite useful in more serious/business servers.

  Would be useful to prevent spam accounts and have a better control over people who use multiple accounts to evade bans.
