move the overlay over the screen and change it's size

let's saying your playing a bullet hell game (touhou) and screensharing it with your friend and (s)he's sending you messages while you're playing it. the bullet hell game is fucked up and you're worried you might die while talking to her/him. my request is to change the size of the overlay and move it so you can customize it for your games. the overlay will also be saved to that size when you next play it. the overlay can also cover up the screen some times so for all games this could be useful.

very simple concept and i hope you guys at discord can make it a real feature
