Sync Single Permissions Across Categories' Channels Instead Of All Of Them

I want to add that we choose to sync only one perm throughout all the channels in a category because there might be certain channels you want to allow certain things but you set it as not allowed in the category for the other channels and it's a pain when you sync cause then you have to redo everything with the channels you wanted allowed
