Option to show country flag near the user

shows country flag near the username, and also option for server administrator to disable the flags for his server no matters if the user enabled country flag for him. Example: http://i.xp.io/2PKLchkk.png

  Yes, this would be a great option. Mibbit has it and it was very useful to start conversations with new users, learn about other loactions, and connect with people in your own area.

  please do this, is a great idea. copying not always works, mostly on pc.

  Awesome idea. Using emojis wouldn't have the same effect because you'd always be the only one with a flag
