Ability to share a message as an embed using it's ID

We already have an ID enabled cross server User and Channel mentioning function. If suppose we have an ID function that allows the message to be posted across the discord anywhere in an embedded form, it'll be a nice addition to ID related functions available.

  I think it should show an embed with the link to the message too (Copy Link)
