Custom Color Names for Specific People

Having the ability to give certain people certain colored names will remove the need for an entire role that needs to be made for said color.

It could be implemented as one of the role permissions, so not the normal people of a sever could not change somebody else's color while the server's administration could.

I would also love to see a way to have multiple colors in a name and/or role, in a fashion similar to Minecraft. In Minecraft, they use § and a character to format the color of letters after the symbol. The ability to do that would add more individualization and customization in Discord servers.
