Increased options for notification sounds

I don't mind getting a notification sound for PMs and directly tagged messages, but letting it go for every message on every server is a headache and has literally woken other users I know out of a dead sleep. Can we get an option to toggle more specifically what we get a notification sound for instead of all or nothing?

    Server > Notification Settings allows you to choose everything, mentions, or nothing and set these by channel or topic.
