New text notification marker should go to Mobile as well.

In PC applications for Discord, the marker that detects new message notifications from which end to scroll to, up or down, would be a very good feature to add to mobile since scrolling can be hopeless when trying to find one channel from a long list to view new unseen before messages. This might be excessive, but I believe scrolling for us can be easier even in mobile, what do you think?
