Custom role for YouTube Gaming Channel Members

Hey!

How can I have a custom role that automatically connects to users that are members on YouTube channel? I saw an article on how to make a private server for YouTube gaming members, but nothing about a custom role... I know that the user will have to have their YouTube account connected.
