Banned people should not be able to send invites

If somebody is banned from a server, they shouldn't be allowed to send invites to that server any longer.

  This can help a lot to prevent drama and get said banned user to ask others to check what's going on in that server

  they cant
  all of the invites they created automatically go invalid
