No way to find out where the sound notification came from?

Having multiple servers, each server having it own chat, I normally mute lots of chats and keep many chats unmuted

Whenever I hear a notification sound, there's no way for me to know where the most recent notification came from?

Checking the mentions does not help because i'm talking about unmuted normal messages without the use of mentions.

The way I know where the chat came from is by opening my android mobile and checking the notifications. Notifications on my mobile tell me exactly which server, which chat, who's talking and 10 mins ago or so

Why do I need to go open my mobile phone to see where the notification came from instead of having a way to check it on desktop?

...Unless there's a way i'm unaware of? thank you
