Servers having small slogan/Message of The Day (MoTD) under server name in channel list

Guild owners/moderators could set a small MoTD phrase under the server name in the side menu.

It'd really add to customisation and it adds character. It could be a slogan for a company, concept statement for a purpose-built server, or just a fun little message for your average lounge chat.

Of course, you could disable and enable it. Sometimes you just don't know what to say.

To be able to edit it, you need to have the Manage Server permission

Discord API should also implement changing or enabling/disabling it using a bot/webhook
