Category Creations

I've helped a lot of people build up their servers, but one thing I've always noticed was a lack of customization in organization of those categories. Perhaps it would be a good idea to configure category creation so that the new category is placed where the creator has right clicked, instead of being dropped at the bottom of the categories list.

    100% agree with this.  While I don't have many categories right now it would still really help if categories were created near the right-click like how creating channels works when right-clicking near a category.
