Add ability to Copy User ID from full profile

I am posting this here seeing as it's apparently not a bug per https://trello.com/c/iNmuOYnM . I feel it would be convenient to have the Copy ID option when opening a user profile and expanding the overflow menu. As of now this menu only shows "Send Message" and "Block" options, "Copy ID" would fit very well here. Also this would be consistent with mobile clients as the Copy ID option is available in full profiles on mobile.

    YES!!! Add this ASAP! Would be very convenient as we could make sure that you're copying the user id and not the message ID as I often do.
