"You've been banned" message customizability

I'd like to be able to decide whether a banned user sees the new "You've been banned" message or the old generic invite expired one, also, a case-by-case basis, the server mods can decide if the user can see the ban reason in that message. All of this because there are some categories of users I want to ban without them knowing anything for the whole server's privacy.
