Nitro Boost & the API

well the bots dont have to see if someone has boosted per se. Since boosting assigns an irrevocable role through discord, all you have to do is set up the bot so it detects user with that specific role assigned 1 -
But I liked this suggestion. I'd like to upvote it! 0 -
interesting idea, i can definitely see use for it, for i.e special role for users that boost servers 1 -
@Valcrye what do you mean? 1 -
@Zacatero I've been doing some testing with it, when a user boosts a server, the server automatically creates a role and assigns it to the user (kinda like the twitch sub syncing). So an easier way is just to make it so the bot checks for the role, rather than having to see if the user boosted the server

Valcrye but if someone boosts twice you can't see that....?

Yeah, it would nice to get more boostinformation. How many boosts and when each boost was set.
For example if you want to give some rewards depending on the boostcount and period1 -
Upvote!
Knowing how many times particular user boosted the server you can do some neat stuff like giveaways (more boosts — more chances).1 -
At the moment, the API still doesn’t show how many times a user has boosted, only if they’re boosting at all and when they started boosting. It would be nice if that was added.
