Allow server owners to choose the Nitro Boosting Tier Reward

Every server is different and is some servers.
I recommend the ability to swap between Animated Server Icon, Server Banner and Vanity URL.
For example HUB servers that rarely get any activity would see have much more use of a Vanity URL than the other two.

    Since no one posted on this. I believe the vanity url is level 3 due to the fact that everyone else has to pay quite a bit of money to get their own url. It’s expensive at that
