Remember edited and deleted messages

As a mod on a large discord server, I have run into the issue that people can edit/delete their messages to prevent mods from seeing inappropriate messages. Having a feature that keeps track of previous versions of a message (that could be seen via a dropdown menu, for example), and deleted messages, and allows specific roles to see those revisions/deletes, I think would greatly improve the control we have over our servers.
