new channel form

Orakel
make a new channelform to include a textchannel into a voicechannel. if you join a VC a TC should be appear in the main window. You should be able to jump between all textchannels, coming back to the voice included channel by clicking again on the VC, but if you leave the VC, the TC should be gone.
