Changing the default region.

I'll start this out with a brief introduction. I'm a Ukrainian.
Hence why I have a few problems with Russia being my default region: sometimes it just doesn't work because of our part of the internet blocking out pretty much everything that is Russian (yeah, it's dumb, but what can basic citizens do), and I'm honestly getting tired of changing the region each and every time I try to speak with my boys over at Russia.
I know, that region is the best for them, but what's the point if we aren't able to even connect to each other, especially if they're fine with any EU region and it doesn't cause any problems at all?
I honestly want changing the default region as an option in the app.
