Remove Add server and Server Discovery when a user hits the server limit

I have recently hit the server limit but I noticed Discord doesn't do anything to let you know you hit the limit except the Invite links stop working or being "expired". I propose that Discord remove the ability to add servers via server Discovery and/or "Add A Server" buttons when the user can't join a server cause they have hit the limit. Then add them back upon not being at the server limit.
