Boolean field in User Objects to tell whether the user is a Deleted User

Currently there is no way in the API to tell whether a user is a Deleted User, or just someone called "Deleted User". Having a way to tell the difference between the two could come in handy for bots, which might want to be used as a way to unban deleted accounts from a guilds banlist, and not end up unbanning a user just calling themselves "Deleted User".
