Make Pin Unread Notifier More Obvious

The Pin Unreal Notifier's does not seem to be urging people to click on it enough. Pins are important and I feel like they should have a more obvious or forceful unread badge so people are tempted to click on it more. I was thinking we could have the pin shake when it was unread, or surrond the pin in red, or some other visual thing that would make it more forceful so people actually click on it.

    Maybe it could also send a desktop notification when a new message is pinned.

    or maybe they could make it so there is a little box that shows up, I made an example. It is the linked image.
