Option for 'Do Not Disturb' to disable badge notifications

Sometimes I'd like to keep Discord open without getting new notifications so I can focus on other stuff, but the ever-addictive badge icon always keeps me distracted. It'd be neat to have those turned off when you're set to DND, or at least have an option for it. Doing it manually every time's kind of a hassle.

  Yes. Maybe have a button next to DND when you press the Status menu to show/hide all of them
