Let users to use their controllers to navigate through Overlay

I dunno, maybe you're playing something on your bed or sofa, far from the PC, using a controller, but then someone calls you but you dont want to take off the bed or the sofa to get close to your mouse ,and then who knows what...

It would be pretty neato if possible to just use the controller to navigate through the overlay for us the lazy bois
