HOTP 2 factor support

please add support for HOTP tokens for discord 2fa. there are numerous vulnerabilities that TOTP as a protocol have that HOTP doesn't. Additionally it makes discord easier to use across all platforms.

Having to migrate authenticator keys every time one replaces a phone in comparison to enrolling a yubikey or an RSA SecurID key is a tedious process that can be avoided.
