Modify Roles (general perms)

Friendly Discord staff,

I've been using discord for several years now, I created my first server when the categories didn't already exist and the functionalities were much more limited then today. During this time I have been able to observe the great improvements that Discord has made and the growth of many new communities. I have to admit that I have never been able to create an active community, but I have worked hard to create discord servers that offer revolutionary features, trying to make those servers as secure as possible as well. In these servers no role had sufficient permissions to delete some official room and modify the roles, although the users in charge of these roles could assign roles using specific commands and create new categories and rooms without having the permission to delete those that were already built by me. However, I think it is a shame to always have to rely on bots to secure your server, especially if the bots are not secure. Discord should focus on giving to people the ability to build servers with as many existing features as possible without this being a security threat in any way.

My proposal is to add a general permission that if allowed to a certain (role A) allows the user in charge of that role to give or remove all the roles that are under his from all the users of the server, without necessary giving him the permission to modify the permissions of the roles themselves, to create or delete them. I'm really confident that this feature will increase  the user experience by a lot and will allow also people to build servers with will be a lot safer and simpler to set up. I hope this feature will be soon added, because it's really something that we need.
