suggestion for the feedback website itself, a feedback bot that checks feedback
a bot that sends the highest voted / the most repeated topics to the devs or support team to both help the team actually answer / see the requests of many others for the features people beg for and to help reduce clutter on the feedback website.
Sorry for vague title, but basically what i'm hinting at is that the feedback website should have a bot or two that's notified when a post get at least 70 up votes or more, and when they see this post they can send the post to the dev / support team / whoever is in charge of implementing the upgrades of discord features. this should also be done with posts that are repeated by different users, as in posts that are similar in asking for the same request/suggestion that pop up often on here. I think a suggestion that's requested by numerous people is worth looking into.
i feel like this would lessen the load for the workers in a big way, and also bring attention to the many features (mainly the ones regarding around privacy) users have been begging for, for literal years. I feel as though discord is really ignoring the requests / comments their users leave, and while I do understand that they are busy with other things, it still comes off as such. Especially with the requests that I've been seeing repeating itself on feedback that have been requested for years with a high up-vote, some even having about 100. I think this is unfair because while yes we're in the middle of a pandemic, discord is still making upgrades on features that weren't requested for (In example, the gif search that they added recently) all while ignoring the 10+ plus repeated posts complaining that the 2fa gets fixed, deleting the remaining messages of deleted accounts, provide better deleting options etc. are ignored. Espsically since these are features that have been asked for, for years. They don't even bother to comment on things, and when they DO comment on the posts, it's them stating that they're closing the feedback post / suggestion saying that it's a mimic / copy of another post, then post a link of the post they're talking about. If you see a request being repeated by numerous users, why not do something about it? Why do you continue to ignore it?
I highly doubt that discord even checks out this website. It's very upsetting to see this happen, and if I'm correct about discord ignoring this website then..I'm kind of speechless. i'm not saying that discord users are entitled and all our requests should be applied and what not but this is truly pathetic for them to so casually ignore their users, mainly towards the requests where we're all asking for better protection for privacy. If that's the case then what's the point of you even making this website for your users?
Anyway I'm not trying to bash discord or anything, I'm just asking that they listen to us or attempt to do better with doing so at least. I hope my explanation makes sense, and I hope people see the point I'm aiming for and at. Thanks for the read.

It is not that they ignore their users. Discord is actually very engaged with its userbase compared to other companies of its size.
The issue is the feedback on this site is largely terrible and comes from individuals (like yourself) who don't quite know what they're talking about. I'd bet this forum is still occasionally read, but if you want to get yourself heard go to Twitter.0
