Same Email Duplicate Account

I checked my discord had logged me out so I logged in again but instead got a notification to verify email. Email said my location had changed so I verified that again. When I logged into discord it was a new account and not mine. So basically it was a new account while my old one is still there. I cannot access my old account. Please I need help on this. Though even then I was getting notifications of messages on my old account but could not access them.
