Role visibility on mobile

On mobile, ordinary users without the Manage Roles permission can see a full list of roles by opening up their profile and clicking Manage Roles.  While you can't change your roles without the permission to, it means that mobile users have access to information they wouldn't on PC, and which I never expected them to have access to.

This was brought up when a user mentioned the existence of a role which had no users assigned to it.  From testing, it seems if the Change Nickname permission is also disabled, the menu disappears.  I propose that the menu should completely remove the options which the user does not have permission for, rather than simply graying them out.
