Let admins build a CSV of effective permissions.

If you could also somehow let admins create a CSV of effective permissions, that would be extremely helpful. Options for including in the file could be All ("Caution! Selecting this option could take a very long time as it will include any users who have custom permissions set. You have been warned!"), Users, All Channels, All Voice, All Text, Custom. (Or if you want less work, just build an "All Permissions.CSV" file.)

If at least this much was built-in, this would allow the user community to build their own 3rd party apps which could import this data and visualize which users have access to each channel and group.

This would help new Discord owners figure out how permissions work, and would also allow experienced owners of large servers debug and manage their large collection of users, groups, and channels.
