The account disabled for what?

So discord, Ax3ra#1056 (the disabled account) here. I wrote an email explaining why I was disabled on my account. I've been with discord for over 3 years now since 2017. It said dm spam, although the server I'm in is only for close friends. Second the picture down below shows the reasoning. So how is this violation of TOS when I had full permission to do so? Third, you disable my account when I have full proof of it not being against TOS. But when I report those for cyber bullying towards me and my friends you did NOTHING. Please explain. I waited over 3 days now, and never got a response. It already has been over 3 days now. I've been a discord user for 3 years. I have NEVER broken any rules and stayed true to the book. So explain to me why I never got any responses, or any feedback. Especially this is a falsely disabled account. And at least have some common decency, if you are going to disable the account for who knows what, at least transfer ownership of my server to this account. This is uncalled for in every step of the way.
