Feature Request: OBO / On Behalf Of viewing ability

As a mod/admin/owner, it would be useful to have the ability to see what channels/abilities are available to specific users/roles in the server as a QC check instead of having users find out on their own and either not report, be unable to describe effectively, or be unaware that they are "missing out" on communication within a server. Would also be helpful to check view permissions on bots, among other things.
