I need to reinstate my account but am having no luck, and my account was disabled for false reasons.

My account was disabled for "violating the ToS" but I was not in control of my account at the time. Whoever DID have control of my account is guilty, not me. I tried saying this in my appeal emails but I keep getting the same bot response. I am not guilty, and I refuse to lose my account over something I didn't do. I have had my account for years, garnered numerous friends, joined dozens of servers, and I even had Nitro. I also met my boyfriend on discord, and from time to time I like to look back on our past messages from the last few years. However, my account has been disabled and it will be deleted soon. I cannot let go of all of my friends, my memories, over something as unjust as this. Please, I need my account back.

    According to Discord ToS, you are responsible for anything that happens with your account. You shouldn't have even let anybody else have control of it.

    Losing an account is a hard pill to swallow, I know, especially if you weren't actually responsible.  Possibly try contacting Discord staff (https://support.discord.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000029212) , as they might be able to let you back in. But I wouldn't be too hopeful.

    I've done that several times, but just got the same copy and paste bs. I wish i could speak to someone on the support team and not a bot.

    O'Doyle I suspect there's nothing you can do then. You are unfortunately responsible for anything that happens with your account.

     

    There's a chance you might be able to make a new account, however. But that would probably count as ban circumvention.
