Locking Messages

A function to "lock" certain messages. Like the spoiler function, where you cant see the message until you click it, but with a locked message people cant see it until you unlock it. After locking you can also right-click the message to bring a custom menu where you can set certain permissions for that message such as which roles can unlock it, if the image is NSFW (blurred when unlocked until clicked), and which roles can see the message when unlocked. This could also be applied to links sent in the server, except you cant click on it until it's unlocked and you can still see it but it's blurred. There are multiple ways i could see this helping servers with moderation, crowd control, as well as raids and infringements on the TOS. One useful was i can see this being used is with applications for staff on community servers. As the owner of two servers having to copy the link and then post it every time we need staff, just to delete it and then post it again another day gets quite repetitive. Locking can let you send the link to an application and then lock it until you decide to let people apply for staff again. Surely there are many more ways you can use this and many more functions to add to locked messages, but a function like this would be useful for server owners to better moderate their servers.

also a cute little lock next to the message would be cool too

This would be useful to me! Especially if i was able to lock an entire Post (including reactions)

This way i would be able to have proper surveys directly on discord where i could just lock the message whenever i want things to be set in stone!
