Hover over internet slang to show it's meaning

Hovering over Internet slang will show it's meaning. For example: hovering over lol will show Laugh Out Loud or brb will show be right back. This can be specifically useful for someone like me who doesn't know much internet slang.

If this becomes a thing, It's interface could be like when you hover a mouse over an (edited) thing after a message and it shows it's the date it was edited - It could be like that but you would hover over the text (lol) and it would show it's a definition in the pop-up (Laugh out loud).

This below is kinda an example: when you hover over Lol, it will show Laugh out loud.
