Channel "Forms" - Filterable/Searchable

Did a bit of searching, but couldn't find any other suggestions similar to this.

The idea is a "form" channel. When viewing the special channel, when you click "new post" (or something), you would get a sub window with predefined form fields (specified by the channel creator) that can be mandatory or not. When posted, it would post in the chat area as an embed. Those embeds would be filterable/searchable.

The usefulness will vary based on server owner's creativity, but some of the things that come to mind: Star Citizen/EVE fleet tracking (i.e., listing owned ships, etc.), MMO item trades/grouping, LFG posts, etc.

The idea is kinda derivative of Google Forms, but built into Discord's channels forcing it.
