New option in mute notifications

So, as we all know that we can mute discord channel or whole discord server ping notifications but like sometimes like we don't want to get pinged by somebody but we also want that we get notifications from a certain person (your friend as example) or like u get notifications from a certain role like u just want to get pinged by the owner or staff from the server. So all I'm saying is that we should get a option where we can choose a certain role or a person from whom we get notified when he/she pings us (just like u allow people's or roles in channel permissions) so yeah I hope u understand
