Quality of Life Changes for Server Owners (roles, channels, reaction emotes, etc.)

I had a few ideas when trying to manage a few large servers of my own.

• When adding a role, add the new role under the one currently selected so i don't have to bring the new role allllll the way up through like 50 other roles.
• A way to categorize roles in the roles menu so you can collapse or open said category, similar to how channel categories or server folders work.
• Adding a channel or category also appearing under currently selected channel/category so, again, i don't have to drag alllll the way up.
• When deleting a category, there should be an option where it will also delete channels within the category itself with a simple check-box.
• A follow-up to reported messages would be lovely, but not totally needed I suppose. I'm admin in a few servers and would like a follow-up on messages I report about threatening self-harm/suicide.
• And an addition to that; more transparency about what exactly happens about reported messages when it pertains to threatening self-harm/suicide. 
• A change to how role settings about pings work: change it to where you can turn of @ everyone, @ here, and role pings separately or an easy toggle to turn them all off or on at once. I'd like members to be able to ping some roles, but NOT everyone or here sometimes! 
• A way to ban certain emojis from being used as reactions or even server-wide, like the middle finger, eggplant, or clown emojis. I'd like some members to still react, but maybe not THAT much, you know?
• A way to turn off use of even custom emojis from the specific server, not just outside custom emojis. Especially helpful for people who use and abuse certain emojis in the server that were added by staff.
