Add League of Legends back to the connections.

I don't understand why this was removed, in the first place. The League of Legends connection was there to help us find and chat with the friends we had added on League on Discord without any hassles. And aside from that the friends that we had on Discord could just look at our profile and add us that way. I can't speak for everyone but I miss this feature, and I'm a little sad that I can't connect my main league of legends account anymore.

    For everyone repeating the exact same comment this isn't discord's fault. Riot has suspend their current "account authentication" API for league. Most likely because they're creating SSO API for Riot games account since they have multiple games now. So Discord devs' hands are tied for now until Riot devs finish their work.

    I remember adding the connection, then removing it. Then finding out I couldn't add it back. I think it has to do with Riot not supporting it, not Discord. Regardless, they need to get it back. Please.

    I may be wrong but I'm pretty sure the reason why is because LoL is owned by Tencent and they're a Chinese company. So Discord is blocked in China except for Hong Kong and Macao since they have their own laws and rules. But other than that, it was stated that Tencent will allow US gamers to still play but the connection with Discord is probably a big no. You have to use VPN to open Discord there and VPN isn't cheap nowadays.

    @1tubref, Actually, League of Legends is owned by the chinese megacorp tencent. It was as you stated, created by riot, which has been owned by tencent since 2015.
