More advanced ban reasons with more useful information

I moderate the Rust (game) official discord with now over 64k members. As you can imagine lots of bans are probably made to the point each one loses its individuality
This causes lots of issues when it comes to ban appeals when members contact us about a ban.

Ban reasons are all that we can go by and we do not want to include an essay's worth of information in each ban reason.
I would love if bans in server settings → bans included the person who banned the member and the date of when it happened. This information is accessible on audit log but you cannot search on a member by member basis and you will have to scroll through many bans without knowing where the one you want to see is
This feature would make our job and many other's jobs easier.
