Update Linked Accounts Automatically (Xbox Gamertags)

I've just been informed the gamertag associated with a linked xbox account doesn't get updated if it changes after it's linked... I reckon it could be updated every time discord sees that the xbox account is active, like when a user starts playing a game or something.
